1. Although a connection is shown to the Howe Bridge to Springs Branch No. 1 route, it appears that no such connection ever existed. This route actually passed beneath the Howe Bridge – Springs Branch line and, at the point where they crossed, Platt Bridge Junction S.B. controlled both routes. This junction is included simply for interest.
